Gallagher awaits legal approval to acquire Willis Re Netherlands and France operations, filings show
Arthur J Gallagher (AJG)’s new deal for Willis Re does now include Willis Towers Watson’s China and Hong Kong operations that had been excluded from the previously agreed deal, but it still needs approval from works councils or local regulators before the Netherlands and France treaty businesses will transfer, regulatory filings show.
