Freddie Mac completes Aon-brokered $1.9bn MCIP re deal

US mortgage reinsurer Freddie Mac has closed its second Multifamily Credit Insurance Pool (MCIP) reinsurance transaction, called MCIP 2019-R2, at $1.87bn for 88 multifamily loans.
