Freddie Mac closes Aon-brokered $2.6bn reinsurance deal

US mortgage reinsurer Freddie Mac has closed its third Multifamily Credit Insurance Pool (MCIP) transaction, reinsuring risk on a $2.6bn reference pool made up of 136 multifamily loans.
