Football clubs’ BI trial set for 2025 as Russia-Ukraine claims dominate court
The high-profile legal battle between some of England’s biggest football clubs and six insurers – including Allianz, Liberty Mutual and MS Amlin – is unlikely to take place before 2025 because members of the defendants’ legal counsel are also involved in Russia-Ukraine-related aviation litigation.
