Florida tees up reinsurance arrangement through Citizens for carriers facing downgrades
The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (FLOIR) has unveiled a plan through state-backed carrier Citizens to provide a temporary reinsurance arrangement in the event of “disruptive” financial rating downgrades of domestic carriers by Demotech.
