Florida sports bar suit against Lloyd’s dismissed as US Covid-19 rulings pass 100
A Florida district court judge has dismissed a sports bar’s Covid-19-related business interruption (BI) lawsuit against Lloyd’s underwriters, as insurers continue to come out on top in the majority of the more than 100 rulings issued by US courts so far.
