Florida carriers reprieved for now as Demotech puts rating actions on hold
Demotech has contacted Florida homeowners carriers it rates to inform them that it has put an indefinite hold on finalizing the rating review process that it had previously indicated would lead to a significant number of downgrades coming into effect tomorrow (26 July).
