Fitch: US cyber direct loss/DCC ratio spiked to 73% in 2020
US cyber premiums grew 22 percent in 2020 while the standalone direct loss plus defence and cost containment (DCC) ratio soared to 73 percent, according to Fitch Ratings, which noted Chubb is the biggest writer of cyber premiums.
