Fitch forecasts 4 pp expansion of reinsurers’ UW margins in 2023
Following the sharp price increases and tighter terms and conditions at 1.1, Fitch Ratings has said that reinsurers’ underwriting margins are likely to expand by 4 percentage points on average in 2023.
