Federal SCAs in H1 fall to lowest half-year total since 2015

The number of securities class actions (SCAs) filed in US federal courts in the first six months of this year was 40 percent lower than in the same period of 2020 and the lowest half-year total since the first half of 2015, according to analysis by RT ProExec’s Kevin LaCroix.
