FCA targets disease clause ruling in BI test case

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has taken aim at the High Court’s ruling on certain disease clauses often found in business interruption (BI) policies and accused insurers of trying to use the severity of the coronavirus crisis to avoid paying out on claims.
