Ex-Swiss Re CUO Schmid joins Definity board
Definity Financial Corporation has appointed former Swiss Re chief underwriting officer Edouard Schmid to its board, a move that follows Swiss Re Investments Holding Company holding 9.9 percent of the Canadian insurer’s common shares after its IPO last month.
