Ex-GC Access execs argue Guy Carp trying to “unfairly punish” them for joining Howden

Five Howden executives that left GC Access in April have hit back at Guy Carpenter’s lawsuit against them, stating it is an effort to “unfairly punish” them and that there is no evidence they have violated their obligations to their former employer.
