Ex-Axa XL exec Lyles named chair at D&O start-up Rising Edge

Rising Edge has appointed Kelly Lyles as non-executive chair, a move that reunites her with the former Axa XL executives that set up the directors’ and officers’ (D&O) liability start-up.
