Ex-Axa XL duo launch Guernsey-based insurance cell and ILS vehicle

Former Axa XL executive Jonathan Beck and underwriter Richard Spurrier are to launch a new specialty insurance cell – ANT Exceptional Risks – alongside a special purpose ILS vehicle, ANT Insure.
