Ever Given owners file appeal against vessel’s detention
The UK P&I Club has announced that the owners of the Ever Given have filed an appeal against the detention of the vessel and her cargo, including disputing the Suez Canal Authority (SCA)’s $916mn claim over damages from its grounding.
