EPIC sues WTW over aviation broker client information dispute
California-based retailer EPIC has sued a pair of aviation broking executives who resigned from the firm in October, alleging Terry Rolfe and Daryl Abbey used confidential client information to move business to rival broking house WTW, which they joined the following month.
