Enstar to buy Great Lakes and HSB run-off portfolios

Legacy and live carrier Enstar Group has agreed a deal to buy Aus$228.2mn ($156.2mn) of run-off portfolios from the Australian branches of Munich Re’s Great Lakes Insurance and HSB Engineering Insurance.
