Enstar and Madison Dearborn chip in $350mn to take AmTrust private
Enstar has teamed up with private equity house Madison Dearborn Partners to take a $350mn stake in AmTrust as part of a $2.95bn take-private deal by the firm’s CEO, his wife’s family and their backers.
