Element raises €21mn, names ex-Axa exec Stange co-CEO

Element has raised €21.4mn ($21.6mn) in a Series B round that brings its total funding to €88mn, with the Berlin-based insurtech also appointing former Axa executive Astrid Stange as co-CEO.
