Veteran entrepreneur Karn Saroya has launched a new blockchain-powered reinsurance vehicle called Re and raised $14mn in seed funding from a panel of investors that includes Tribe Capital, Defy, Exor, Morgan Creek Digital and SiriusPoint, among others.
