Consumer Watchdog claims State Farm new Cali business exit “unlawful”
Non-profit Consumer Watchdog has slammed State Farm’s decision to stop selling homeowners coverage to new customers in California and alleged the insurer’s actions are unlawful under Proposition 103 while also accusing the carrier of “overstating its expected losses”.
