Commercial property rate rises lead Ivans index in April
Commercial property saw the highest premium renewal rate increase in April of the six business lines tracked by Ivans Insurance Services, although the extent of the rise dampened compared with March, while pricing in commercial auto, business owners policy, umbrella and general liability continued to accelerate and workers’ compensation was flat.
