Clear Blue and Palladino agree TRO terms over confidential docs download dispute
Clear Blue and Scott Palladino have agreed to the terms of a temporary restraining order (TRO) preventing the fronting carrier’s former executive from using, disclosing, transferring or deleting documents he is alleged to have downloaded before resigning to join rival Obsidian.
