Citizens denied requested HO multi-peril rate increase by FLOIR
The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (FLOIR) has only approved a homeowners multi-peril rate increase of 6.4 percent for Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, far below the 10.7 percent requested by the state-backed insurer of last resort.
