Citizens CEO Gilway to retire with GC Cerio lined up as interim replacement

The CEO of Florida’s Citizens Property Insurance Corporation Barry Gilway is retiring after 10 years in the role, and will be replaced on an interim basis by general counsel, Tim Cerio.
