Chubb-sponsored reinsurer ABR Re raises $210mn in share issue
ABR Reinsurance Capital Holdings, Chubb’s total return reinsurer joint venture with BlackRock, has raised $210mn through a primary issue of common shares to an unnamed private investment firm that will also manage a portion of the Bermudian’s assets.
