CDI’s Lara unveils executive actions to address California insurance crisis
California insurance commissioner Ricardo Lara has announced a package of executive actions described as the biggest insurance reform in the state in 35 years, including requiring insurers’ market share in distressed areas to be no less than 85 percent of their state-wide market share.
