Catalina reveals ADC for £336mn PartnerRe North American casualty portfolio

Legacy specialist Catalina Holdings has revealed it entered into an adverse development cover (ADC) reinsurance agreement with PartnerRe to cover the Bermudian reinsurer’s North American casualty portfolio for a total consideration of £336.2mn ($413.3mn).
