Carlyle seeks $33mn in ninth aviation claim against insurers
Carlyle Aviation Management has sued Convex and Lancashire for more than $33mn in the ninth legal claim issued by the lessor against its insurers over cover for the loss of aircraft detained in Russia following the invasion of Ukraine.
