California storm and flood damage to cost “several billion dollars”
Heavy rain continues to hammer swathes of California with widespread flooding and mudslides reported as well as property damage from strong winds that have swept through the Golden State, with one meteorologist already predicting the storm will result in damage totalling “at least several billion dollars”.
