CAC calls for judge to toss “frivolous” McGriff suit in natural resources business dispute
CAC Specialty has requested a Houston judge toss out a suit filed against the broker and its natural resources chairman Gary King by his former employer McGriff claiming he violated his non-compete agreement by moving over clients including Byron Energy.
