BRP to buy Massachusetts-based RogersGray in latest $100mn+ acquisition

BRP Group’s agreement to acquire RogersGray, a Massachusetts-based agency with almost $40mn in annual revenues, represents the fast-growing broker’s biggest deal of 2021 so far and its fourth-ever with a $100mn-plus transaction price.
