BI suit against Hartford is latest to name broker as a defendant
New Jersey-based Nottingham Agency has become the latest broker named as a defendant in a Covid-19 related business interruption (BI) lawsuit, following Alliant, R-T Specialty and Norbay Insurance Services previously being sued along with insurers.
