Bermuda-based aircraft engine lessor WWTAI AirOpCo has filed a lawsuit in New York against various specialty aviation insurers and Lloyd’s syndicates on an Axa XL-led cover for $90mn over losses stemming from the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
