Berkshire-Alleghany “go-shop” period ends with no competing bids
Trans Re, RSUI and CapSpecialty-parent company Alleghany said on Monday morning that the “go shop” period in its takeover deal with Berkshire Hathaway had ended without Alleghany receiving any competing bids.
