Baron to succeed O’Brien as Trean CEO
Trean Insurance Group has appointed current CEO Andrew O’Brien as executive chairman and named current president and chief operating officer Julie Baron CEO, with the hybrid MGA and program insurer also revealing a large increase in its combined ratio for the fourth quarter.
