Bankers Insurance files with FLOIR to exit homeowners line
Longtime Florida homeowners insurer Bankers Insurance has told its agency force that it has filed with the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (FLOIR) to exit writing the line of business in the state, citing “unprecedented” reinsurance costs, The Insurer can reveal.
