Axa XL’s Hughes exits to launch Agile Syndicate 2427’s marine business

Axa XL’s head of hull for the UK and Lloyd’s David Hughes has resigned to join Agile Underwriting Syndicate 2427 as part of the Australian MGA’s launch into the marine market.
