Axa strengthens Spanish unit with €310mn deal for GACM España

Axa’s Spanish arm has entered into exclusive negotiations with Groupe des Assurances du Crédit Mutuel for the potential acquisition of its health and P&C subsidiary Groupe Assurances du Crédit Mutuel España (GACM España).
