Aviva names Winslow as UK & Ireland GI CEO following Holmes departure

London-listed Aviva has appointed Adam Winslow as CEO of UK and Ireland general insurance, replacing Colm Holmes, who is leaving the insurer to take the helm at Allianz UK.
