Australians PSC and AUB outline plans for 50-50 UK retail JV
PSC Insurance Group and AUB Group have entered into a memorandum of understanding which will see the two Australian broking houses each take a 50 percent stake in Tysers’ UK retail business following the completion of AUB’s acquisition of the London wholesaler.
