Australian gov publishes draft legislation for A$10bn cyclone reinsurance pool
Australia has moved a step closer to forming a new state-backed A$10bn ($7.1bn) cyclone and related flood reinsurance pool after the country’s government released a draft bill and explanatory memorandum ahead of its expected launch on 1 July 2022.
