Atrium receives heaviest ever £1mn Lloyd’s fine over staff misconduct

Managing agent Atrium Underwriters Limited has accepted three charges of detrimental conduct from the Lloyd’s Enforcement Board and been fined more than £1mn ($1.3mn) after it failed to adequately respond to mistreatment by an employee against a more junior member of staff.
