Atlantic Specialty sues restaurant after accidentally paying $1mn settlement twice
Atlantic Specialty Insurance Company (ASIC) has sued a Georgia-based barbeque restaurant after the insurer inadvertently paid out a $1mn settlement twice, with the lawsuit stating that attempts to reclaim the overpayment have not been responded to.
