AssuredPartners sued by senior living client alleging “incompetence” over firings
AssuredPartners (AP) is being sued in an Oregon court by a former senior living client, which has accused the Florida-based retailer of acting negligently after firing a quartet of brokers handling its account and replacing them with a team the client referred to in a court filing as “incompetent”.
