Aspen highlights “transformation” in F-1 filing ahead of potential 2024 New York IPO

Aspen has filed an F-1 prospectus with the SEC ahead of a potential Goldman Sachs-led 2024 New York IPO, where the Bermuda-based carrier highlighted the “transformation” it has undergone under Apollo Global Management’s four-year ownership.
