Ascot to enter US surety after Boston Indemnity Company acquisition
Ascot Insurance Company has agreed a deal to acquire Boston Indemnity Company from Skyward Specialty Insurance Group subsidiary Great Midwest Insurance Company as the CPP Investments-owned carrier looks to make a play in the US surety market.
