Argo strikes ~$1bn casualty LPT with Enstar; adds activist Plants to board
Argo has reached an agreement with legacy specialist Enstar Limited to a loss portfolio transfer deal in which Enstar will provide ground up cover on the “majority” of Argo’s US casualty book from accident years 2011 to 2019, with the Bermudian carrier also announcing Dan Plants has joined its board.
