Argo board “confident in strategy” as it considers Capital Returns’ director nominees

Bermudian carrier Argo has said it is “open to considering qualified candidates” and confirmed it is in the process of evaluating Capital Returns’ Ron Bobman and former National Interstate CEO David Michelson as independent directors after the activist shareholder put forward the duo as nominees to the carrier’s board.
